Email Checkup services from CarePrecise ensure ongoing deliverability and ROI for your email investment.

The Email Checkup runs re-verification on the email addresses you have received from CarePrecise, and will let you know which ones you should remove/replace. We have more than one email address for many providers, so we can offer replacements for addresses that have gone dark. Credit Pack and Checkup customers also enjoy a free "suppression" service, that maintains a database of all email addresses purchased from us (and other companies if desired) so that successive orders of email addresses will not charge for emails already purchased.

Our Email Credit Pack customers are already using one of the best tools available for maximizing value in email communications by acquiring a Credit Pack at volume pricing, and then only order email addresses as needed, guranteeing freshly-verified deliverability. We offer Credit Pack customers who maintain a 15% margin of credits above their email drawdowns the option of purchasing our quarterly Email Checkup services to go a step further, periodically re-verifying their existing email address inventory. In other words, if you have received 20,000 emails from CarePrecise, and you have a credit pack that maintains 15% of that number as "headroom" (3,000 credits), we will be able to send you replacement email addresses when your Email Checkup identifies the need.

To get the best value out of the Credit Pack, customers request only as many addresses at one time as needed right away. Over time, their email database grows, and needs to be cleaned. Some of our larger customers use multiple email vendors, and the Email Checkup can clean those lists in the same way we clean the lists purchased from CarePrecise.

Order the Email Checkup service with your Credit Pack (best value), or later if desired. These services may involve fees, and charges may be based on the number of purchased credits or email addresses. Ask your CarePrecise representative for details and pricing, based on the number of email addresses to be covered.

The Email Checkup charge for larger volume purchases is determined based on use case and the number of email addresses purchased. Purchases of 455,000 or more email addresses may not require a Credit Pack for some use cases.
