How your order will be delivered

Thank you for your purchase from CarePrecise! It is important to us that you receive the products you order from us as quickly as possible.

When you purchase one of our datasets, you will receive an email from store@careprecise usually the same business day if you ordered by 2:00 PM U.S. Central time. If you ordered after 2:00 PM U.S. Central time, or on a non-business day, you may receive your download email the next business day. The email will contain a download link and password. After downloading your file(s), extract the compressed Zip file into a new folder on your computer (we recommend C:\CarePrecise).

If you purchase a custom list, such as CarePrecise Select Plus a premium Email list, it will take some time to bring all of that data together, and may involve special processing depending on your particular request. Expect two to three business days on most orders; you can request a rush, which may deliver within one business day and add a rush charge to your order.
