Getting Your Order Delivered

Thank you for your purchase from CarePrecise! It is important to us that you receive the products you order from us as quickly as possible. There are two things to know...

 

1. If you purchased one of our very large datasets, you will receive an email from store@careprecise usually within two hours during early business hours. If you ordered after 2:00 PM U.S. Central time, on on a non-business day, you may receive your download email the next business day. The email will contain a download link and password. After downloading your file(s), extract the compressed Zip file into a new folder on your computer (we recommend C:\CarePrecise).

2. If you purchased a product advertised as available for immediate download on our online store, you can download immediately from your store account.

Products that can be downloaded immediately are:

Follow these steps to download the product you purchased from our online store:

  1. Go to our online store where you made your purchase, and login using the email address and password with which you registered. Click here to login to your account...
  2. In the "Previous Orders" section, find your order, and click the View button at the bottom of the order thumbnail: View Order Button
    This order detail page will appear:

  3. Click the big blue Download Now button at the right of the list you purchased: Download the File Button
    If you purchased more than one downloadable product, it will appear in this same list. If you purchased a product that is not eligible for immediate download, you will have to wait for our fulfillment team to email a download link to you.

    You must download your order by the date shown in the Link Expires column, and you will have the number of download attempts shown in the Remaining column. If you do not have remaining downloads, you'll have to contact CarePrecise support to request a Download Link Reset and pay the required fee. Note that files older than 90 days often cannot be reset for download. It is crucial to save your downloaded file in a safe location, with a copy on removable media, such as a flash drive or data DVD disc, so that if your computer fails you'll still be able to recreate your data installation.

  4. SAVE the zip file to your hard drive, then extract the contents of the file to a folder, such as C:\CarePrecise. Be sure to keep a copy of the downloaded zip file in case you lose the fax list, since there is a fee to recreate your download at a later date.
