Payment Options

 

Credit Cards

CarePrecise accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards, PayPal accounts and electronic checks where applicable through our PayPal-based checkout process, checks drawn on U.S. banks, and ACH bank transfers. Immediate payment via credit card provides fast access to electronic downloads and/or one business day shipment on products too large for download, but may not be available on large purchases, which require check, ACH or wire transfer..

 

PayPal Accounts

Our online store and most of our payment situations accept PayPal for payment.

 

Check or Money Order

CarePrecise accepts checks and money orders drawn on U.S. banks. During the checkout process, select the "Check by Mail" payment method, confirm the order and print out the Order Confirmation/Invoice that we will send you by email within a few moments. Forward a copy of that invoice to your payables department, and have them send a copy of the invoice with the check or money order to the address instructed on the invoice. As soon as payment is received we will activate your order and notify you by email of your download link, or ship your order as appropriate. Please note that there is a $35 charge for returned checks.

 

ACH Bank Transfers and Wire Transfers

CarePrecise accepts ACH payments and wire transfer payments. Wire transfer fee may apply. Contact Sales for ACH instructions.

 

Purchase Order (PO) Policy

U.S. government entities (federal, tribal, state, county, city, or municipal) are eligible to purchase CarePrecise products using a Purchase Order, provided that certain standards are met. The required standards are: The entity must provide a valid Purchase Order Number, valid contact information for the entity's authorized payables agent including email address and telephone number, the entity's legal business name, U.S. Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN/EIN), primary U.S. address and U.S. telephone number. Purchase Orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Established commercial customers may apply to purchase via purchase order by contacting CarePrecise Sales. Established U.S. commercial customers are those who have completed at least ten months of an annual subscription, or who have made three substantial purchases within the previous 12 months. PO purchases are not available for non-U.S. based entities.

Accepted POs will be processed and orders filled upon receipt of the order, terms net 30 days, $95 late payment fee plus 7.5% of current balance per thirty days or portion thereof delinquent.
