One year of quarterly updates on the approximately 8 million healthcare provider records (current U.S. HIPAA-covered providers) with providers' NPI numbers, and rooftop/street address-level geocoding with longitude and latitude per practice address. Data is delivered in two relational formats, Microsoft Access MDB, and CSV. Contains only NPI number and geocode data.
